New Arming Modes Supported & Desktop/Mobile Updated [Show All]

Updates for Arming Mode Selections!

DMP Panels - All/Perimeter & Home/Sleep/Away Arming Modes are Now Supported including the default Area Arming Mode.

A new option has been added to the dealer site allowing you to set the arming mode of the panel. If you change the mode from the default area mode, the customer will see their entire system with the correct arming modes available. The arming mode option is configurable on the device general page under options on the dealer site.

ELK Panels - Show/Hide Arming Options Now Supported.

A new option has been added to the dealer site allowing you to set the arming options of the panel. You can now hide arming modes that you don't want your customer to use, for instance you can hide vacation mode. The arming mode option is configurable on the device general page under options on the dealer site

Update to the Desktop Application!

Now the Activity screen is set to Auto-Refresh by default, previously the user had to manually select the auto-refresh each time accessing the page. Auto-Refresh allows the user to monitor activity in real-time without continually pressing refresh in the browser.

Updates to the Mobile Application for all Devices!

The Mobile Application has been updated:

Improved Popup Display when Sending Commands
Swipe to Open/Close Menu for Quick Page Changes
Swipe to Change Camera Views
Fixed an issue with Safari in Private Browsing Mode
